A.R.S. § 13-1424 (Voyeurism)

What it prohibits

Knowingly invading another person’s privacy, without their knowledge, for sexual stimulation — where the person had a reasonable expectation of not being photographed, filmed, or viewed while in a state of undress, engaged in sexual activity, or in a way that captures intimate body parts not otherwise visible to the public. Disclosing or distributing images made this way is a separate offense. A related statute, A.R.S. § 13-3019, also covers secret photographing in some circumstances.
