11 Del. Code § 1335 (Violation of Privacy)
What it prohibits
Delaware’s omnibus privacy statute bans installing a camera or other observation/recording device in a private place without the consent of the person entitled to privacy there, and separately bans using a hidden device to film or photograph someone undressing or exposing themselves in a place like a bathroom or fitting room, or recording under a person’s clothing to view their body or undergarments, all without consent.
Penalty
Class A misdemeanor for most subsections; Class G felony for the provisions covering filming a person undressed/exposed in a private place and for aggravated forms of unlawful recording.
