The statute

RSA 644:9 (Violation of Privacy)

What it prohibits

New Hampshire bans installing or using a device without consent to observe, photograph, record, or broadcast private body parts or images in a "private place" (public restrooms, locker rooms, the interior of one’s dwelling); knowingly viewing another person for sexual arousal or gratification with a reasonable expectation of privacy; disseminating non-consensual intimate recordings; and trespassing onto residential property to look into the home.

Penalty

Base offenses: Class A misdemeanor. Second or subsequent violation: Class B felony. Victim under 18: Class B felony, escalating to Class A felony on repeat child-related convictions.
