The statute

13 V.S.A. § 2605 (Voyeurism)

What it prohibits

Vermont bans intentionally viewing, photographing, filming, or recording another person’s intimate areas without their knowledge or consent where a reasonable expectation of privacy exists; conducting surveillance or recording someone without consent inside a home; recording a person engaged in sexual conduct without consent in a place of reasonable privacy expectation; and displaying or disclosing images obtained in violation of the above.

Penalty

The statute sets imprisonment and fine tiers by subsection (up to 2 years/$1,000 for a first offense under some subsections, up to 3 years/$5,000 for a repeat offense, up to 5 years/$5,000 for the disclosure subsection) but never uses the words "misdemeanor" or "felony" — read the current statute rather than relying on a class name here.
