The statute

Wyo. Stat. § 6-4-304 (Voyeurism; Penalties)

What it prohibits

Wyoming bans viewing another person in a clandestine, surreptitious, or prying manner into a place with a reasonable expectation of privacy — a restroom, shower, bedroom, or under a person’s clothing — without consent. A separate subsection covers doing so by means of a camera or other recording device.

Penalty

Viewing without a device: misdemeanor, up to 6 months and/or $750 fine. With a recording device: felony, up to 5 years and/or $5,000 fine. Aggravated (victim under 18, offender 18+): felony, up to 10 years. Repeat-offender enhancement: felony, up to 5 years.
