Is a USB Wall Charger a hidden camera?

A charger-camera needs a lens opening somewhere on its face — usually a tiny dark dot near a fake "indicator light" or in the plastic seam. A charger plugged in with nothing connected to it, positioned to face the bed or shower rather than a nightstand where you’d actually charge a phone, is the placement anomaly to notice.
The power check
It has to be plugged in to record, so an unplugged one in a drawer is not a concern — the ones worth checking are live and positioned with a view.
